4. Payment Terms
Payment terms for B2B orders are agreed separately. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms. Late payments may attract interest charges.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
6. Returns & Replacements
Damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement when reported within the stipulated time with supporting evidence. Please refer to our return process or contact support.
7. Warranties
Products are warranted to meet the specifications described. We make no other warranties, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.
